Zinc phosphate coating agent

It is a chemical agent for improving the paint adhesion and corrosion resistance of steel products.

Zinc phosphate coating agents are used for surface treatment to enhance the adhesion and durability of coatings on steel products. Zinc phosphate coatings are dark gray films primarily composed of two types of crystals: hopeite and phosphophyllite. The industrial purpose of treating zinc phosphate coatings is to prevent rust on metal products and to make it difficult for the paint film to peel off as a primer. Zinc phosphate coatings are chemically very stable and are excellent as a paint primer. While iron phosphate coatings also exist as phosphate coatings, the corrosion resistance of zinc phosphate coatings is superior. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.*
